Thank you for shopping with The Bristol Crocodile, trading under Cavendish House Press. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be dispatched and delivered.

Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched

During busy periods (such as holidays or new releases), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship from the United Kingdom.

UK Orders

  • Standard delivery via Royal Mail or a similar courier

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch​

International Orders (if applicable)

  • International delivery times vary by destination

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 working days after dispatch

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order size and weight

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

Tracking 

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • These charges are set by the destination country and are outside our control

Delays & Lost Items

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal services or couriers

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect delivery information provided at checkout

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs where possible
