Refund Policy

At The Bristol Crocodile, trading under Cavendish House Press, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains your rights and how refunds and returns are handled. This policy is in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Your Right To Cancel

If you are a UK or EU customer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.

Returns

If you cancel your order:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition

  • You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty

We recommend using a tracked postal service for returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will process your refund within 14 days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Original delivery charges (standard delivery only) will be refunded where required by law.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs where possible

In these cases, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned outside the cancellation period

  • Personalised items (if applicable), unless faulty

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
